When asked to describe her professional philosophy in four or five words, Nancy stated, "Committed to Service". This accurately describes her approach to each and every client. She is patient, persistent, thorough, and professional throughout each and every transaction.
After over 25 years experience - 20 of them in Spokane, Nancy knows real estate! Numerous cross-country moves with her husband and children, (8 moves in 14 years from one coast to another - and back!) give her an understanding of the relocation process that few people have! A past representative of large builder/developers, she knows new construction thoroughly. As both a buyer and seller, she participated in the real estate process many times before becoming a professional, so she understands the process thoroughly. One of the Top 10% Real Estate Producers in Spokane, Nancy has consistantly won production awards throughout her career.
Nancy has continued her professional growth by supplementing her experience with further education. She has earned the following professional designations through her time and effort: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), a designation earned by less than 4% of Real Estate Professionals; GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute); and ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative). In 2005 earned the "At Home With Diversity" certification thru HUD and the National Association of Realtors. As a senior member of Windermere's Relocation Team, Nancy has taken indepth courses to supplement her heavy personal experiences.
A soft-spoken transplanted southerner, Nancy has adopted Spokane with passion! She supports her community at every opportunity with her time and efforts. She is an active member of Spokane Home Builders Association, the Education Committee, the Technology Committee, the Communications Committee, and the Professional Ethics Committee. She has given to the community by serving Meals on Wheels, by working for Habitat for Humanity, with Windermere's Community Service Day, and working for the support of The Guild School. She is working for the future of both Spokane and her profession as a key contact to the Washington State Legislature for the Spokane Association of Realtors. One of seven Realtors from the state of Washington to be chosen for the prestigious Leadership Institute NW Class of 2005. Elected to the Spokane Association of Realtors Board of Directors 2006 thru 2012. Elected to the Washington Association of Realtors Board of Directors 2008 thru 2017. Appointed to the Washington Realtors Legislative Steering Committee 2006 thru 2017.
